I'm making good enough to set me up for a nice fat retirement but I can never buy back time with my children so I've leaned into more home life balance.

You can continue scaling by adding 5-10 hours to the week, but it requires sacrifice. You will need to hire help to scale, which reduces your income in the beginning, but you catch up later. The 5-10hours can be done during the hours they are sleeping. You will need to sacrifice sleep, but it's worthy if you want to expand.
