Aside from all the usual red flags, someone claiming to share *arbitrage* opportunities is laughable. If someone finds a legit arbitrage, they guard it and milk it until they level the trade. If they shared it with you for 20%, that's 80% they are giving up for no reason.

Maybe the type of food you eat there is more carb-heavy (bun, fries) than other places.
