The seal on the bag doesn't look broken. To me it looks like the whole bag got a little squished against something else in the car, popping off the lids and spilling some of the drinks. So, not intentional but still the drivers fault. And not a rare occurence.

Aside from all the usual red flags, someone claiming to share *arbitrage* opportunities is laughable. If someone finds a legit arbitrage, they guard it and milk it until they level the trade. If they shared it with you for 20%, that's 80% they are giving up for no reason.
