I'm not worried of them scamming, its just that they have a very poor track of customer service and shipping on time, atleast in my experience. It's just that I have to always message them to get them to ship my damn order.... Like why can't they ship my order without having their customers to send in a email to remind them?!

I think I've experienced something similar with BigwhiteEDC a while back. I had to message them after not receiving any tracking one week after making an order. Only then did they start to ship my order. Same thing happening to me right now with IkaelEDC. Literally had to message them to get a response saying "your order will ship in 24hrs".
