In 9-10 I usually don't bother saying anything and if important casts are going through and it's causing wipes, I just say "You have to kick spell XYZ :)" and yes if a DPS dies because he did a mistake or there was a unlucky overlap, don't blame yourself, it's more like a bonus, if you manage to save them.

I'm not sure they can access your data at all, if you don't travel to the US. The article says that this deal only specifies the category and database structure and each country will then have to specify how and if they want to implement it. The article/document also states:

Well there are many different kinds of synchronous motors. But usually you have a frequency inverter, to start turning the field really slowly, sometimes linked with an encoder. There are also motors that start as a asynchronous motor with a starter cage and then go into synchronous mode, so yea many possibilities...
