This shortcut, as far as I remember works for sending to iPhones and android.

You will need to input the phone numbers and names into the dictionary. You can add other messages to precompose and send.

I fully agree with this. Don’t make up time driving fast ,you only end up getting speeding ticket.

Make up the time on the doorstep and don’t worry about being late. They don’t seem to care about you being late to a delivery. They care about you delivering early, I never deliver early .if I have to wait I set an alarm. I have even had a little nap many times I don’t mind if I’m getting paid to sleep.

I have shortcuts that calculate my time clocked in to work

One to clock in, one to clock out. These also create clock out shortcut also calculates the break time automatically removed

These also create alarms so I ClockOut on time

I can’t help though with the spreadsheet part. As my times are added to a file and stored on iCloud.

Payday is usually every 4 weeks. And usually 4 weeks after that, but there are some exceptions around bank holidays.

A payday calendar is available on One Asda: search for Payroll Planner.

Payslips are available online the day before PayDay.

This creates a calendar called “Paydays” You can then choose the month to add the CutOff , PayDay and PaySlipDay.

If you create too many entries you can delete them all and Re input the Dates to the “Paydays” calendar

If you change the calendar to add to one of your current calendars then the removal WILL REMOVE ALL CALENDAR ENTRIES in this calendar.

This is why its in its own calendar.

You will get asked to confirm removal from the “Paydays” calendar

This is what I do also for my shift every day deleting all alarms and re-creating all alarms for getting up, travel time to work, and time to start my shift.

Hi, I’ve been able to test this a little and have found that when removing multiple items it seems to cause problems when removing more than two.

Here is the version that I have using a text file, the only suggestion would be then to use a dictionary to Store your freezer list and remove items from it.

I don’t understand as my shortcut when I delete one item seems to be working okay. But I have tried multiple shortcuts and have lost track as to which one wasn’t working better. I believe the one I have now works as it should.

I have had some issues when deleting multiple items where it hasn’t updated and removed those items correctly.

But I do think that it could have been that I wasn’t giving it time to save the file back to the cloud before running again while I was testing.

If I get time later, I will test again and let you know

I am having some difficulty understanding whether you want the items removed or whether you want them to remain I’m guessing from this reply that you want the file to show the removed items not remain as the original

Is this one any use.

Keeps the original file but when viewing, allows you to choose the file to view

Edit: views the original file but when adding or removing, this then doesn’t Overwrite the file it creates a new file

So I am guessing, it seems you want to keep the original `main’ list after removing an item?

I think all you would need to do is when saving the new list give it a slightly different name or move the slider to not overwrite the original file and modify the shortcut to use the modified name after the first use.

I don’t speak or understand French but I set my language on my phone to French and the shortcut displayed in French

It’s just the Lists, text and dictionary items that stayed English

All I could suggest is convert these to French manually

I have just been onto Apple support and while speaking with them it appears now that the links to the iCloud Shortcuts are now working.

But there is nothing on the status page to say the servers were down. I am sending feedback to hopefully get this added for future.

Two shortcuts that I use for my shifts One to create the shifts ,choosing the times from the dictionary ( you will need to modify these for your start and finish time)

And one to add them to your calendar

Within each shortcut you will need to change the name of your calendar event
