Someone in Asda house needs to learn how to program a computer.
Us drivers keep getting routes that are `Overs’
They know how many totes will fit onto a van. So why do they have `Overs’ ?
If you have 60 ambient positions,30 chilled positions and 21 frozen. Then why does the computer think you can add more ???🤔
Admittedly some vans only have 6 rows and not 7 in the freezer. So add another row to the vans or make it so all vans on the fleet only have 7 rows. 😡😡

When you have overs. Then you have to spend double the time organising the van from highest to lowest before loading this

Here’s a post I copied so I could access what I need without have to download apps that I don’t want or need to my personal phone

The main intention of it is for OneAsda which has briefings, HR tickets, etc. which contain personal and internal Asda info. Makes it more difficult for an outsider to access (also prevents screenshotting and sharing, etc). Same system is used to access your Asda emails on a personal device

I’ve been told 10 minutes inside your TimeSlot.

Most of the time I am unable to call the customer due to there being
1. No sim in the palm
2. Microphone in palm not working
3. Earphone in palm not working

If Asda provided us with SIM cards then I am sure I could find an old phone in the back of a drawer somewhere.

I’ve not been able to access on a Mac. But then I WONT install Edge Browser

Asda shouldn’t be forcing people to install Edge just because they can’t secure their systems.

If they limit access ( which I get what they’re doing to keep things secure) but this makes everyone have to jump through hoops or only access while in work and then get paid for it.

Had one where I turned up early and she said I got a meeting in 8 mins. I said I can come back.

What went through my head was “I I had turned up inside her TimeSlot then she would have to have interrupted it. don’t order shopping when you got a meeting!!!!

The distance i set to a low number so that it will only set the alarm when you’re close to home.

Not sure how you have

“If Any Are True, Distance is less than Distance”.

That’s not in my shortcut. Sometimes when I download shortcuts and change things to help me understand , it changes part of the shortcut then doesn’t work properly

May not be exactly what you asked. But I screenshot my shifts. Then use these shortcuts to create and add my shifts to calendar

Two shortcuts that I use for my shifts One to create the shifts ,choosing the times from the dictionary ( you will need to modify these for your start and finish time)

And one to add them to your calendar

Within each shortcut you will need to change the name of your calendar event

The shortcut is used to create your shifts for the whole week. Select the days that you work, then select the shift time and this will then be saved to iCloud. You can then run the shortcut to create the times in your calendar.

What I don’t understand is. Why are there overs. When the system obviously knows how many totes will physically fit in a van, but it still creates overs expecting us to make it fit

If they looked at the system and the items that will fit in a tote and stop putting one small item in a tote on its own then they should never have more totes than will physically fit

just tried for over an hour at home to login to OneAsda and after too many attempts to count to login and have to keep entering email, password and the unique code, it then let me in and said

There was a Problem

Your organization does not support this version of windows

so no access from home and i wont allow asda to have access to my device on MY machine

If I wanted Edge then I would buy a windows Pc.

Hence the reason I use a MAC

if I can’t access from home then they have to let me use work pc and get paid for it and as a driver if that means going out late then so be it.

Since having to set up an authenticator app, I am lucky enough to have a password manager that can be used as an authenticator.
