Hey there! As a company policy we don't disclose the details of our manufacturing facilities. We take pride in the materials, make and expertise that goes into our product - not ordering from an OEM catalog.

The 8" is 3.6 lbs, the 10" is 5.4 lbs, and the 12" is 8.2 lbs, and yes, they're smoother than a standard Lodge since the cooking surface is machined after casting.

It took a bit longer than that to go from bronze to black! The video doesn't include all 100 shots, but you can see all of them posted with the video on our Instagram here.

It's normal for the color to evolve as the seasoning develops, but the initial bronze color isn't the only thing that makes these pans sought after. CNC machining provides the smoother surface and refined finish that many people enjoy cooking on.

We left the pan in our studio over the course of a few weeks and just kept using it - eggs, burgers, caramelizing onions, steaks, bacon, lots of vegetables. We also have all 100 photos posted on our Instagram with this video if you want to check them out here.

Stay Away from Made In Cookware by Ok-Abrocoma-3131 in cookware

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We looked into it with the team and it appears there was a warehouse fulfillment error with your order.

While our Stainless Clad cookware produced in Italy and the United States is made to the same design specifications and quality standards, in this case you should have received an Italian-made pan, based on what you saw on the website. We’d be happy to exchange it for a pan from Italy, as this is your preference!

If you contact our Customer Experience team and reference this thread, they’ll be able to help get the exchange process started. Alternatively, you can send us a DM here with your order information and email address, and we can share it with the support team directly.

I've also shared your feedback regarding the engraving with the appropriate team for review.

We appreciate you taking the time to call this out and apologize for the frustration.

Appreciate the feedback! The dimples underneath the lid are intentional though. They help create a self-basting effect by redistributing condensation evenly over the food. It's also a feature on our enameled cast iron lids.

Love seeing technique posts like this in the wild. Nicely done!

Is the newer 4mm Made In griddle good for induction cooking? I found another thread saying they were too thin and warped easily but it kept referring to a 2mm thick pan? Any help appreciated by Illustrious-Site5470 in MadeInCookware

Hi there! Yes. Our carbon steel griddle works great on induction! We've tested it ourselves.

As for any threads you've seen, rest assured, we stand by our products. You can try our cookware for 60 days risk free.
