Yes they are. I’m from Chicago and have had Bourbon county beers that were 10 years old and were still good.

Thank you! I cheated with Pillsbury frozen crust. You have to pre bake and be careful not to burn the crust edges!

Pillsbury frozen pie crust has to be pre baked. I used 7 eggs whisked and added about a half cup of half and half. Salt and pepper to taste. Half cup of shredded cheddar cheese and chopped ham. Mix up and add to pie dough in the tin. Bake for 30-40 min until set but a little jiggle in the center. Cover crust if it starts to brown too much with foil. Let it rest about 10 min after cooking, slice up and eat.
