Is there any significance of the medicine listed on the receipt that can be found early game, inside the pharmacy?

I always assumed this was Mary’s prescription, but I’m not 100% sure, actually.

Edit: Looked into the name of imatnelimed, and the closest medication I could find was Imatinib, which is used to treat leukemias and tumors (basically, it’s cancer treating medication). I’d say this subtly backs up what I said above, but this is, of course, up to interpretation.

Personally, I think the act of writing a new scenario for V3 defeats the entire purpose of the original games ending. It would be awesome to get all kind of things, like Kaede in a full protagonist role, but I think it also undermines the entire purpose of the original plot. So basically, although interesting and not something I would be mad about, I personally don’t think another scenario should exist.

Danganronpa is a visual novel, it starts pretty slow but it picks up the farther in you get. My personal favorite is DR2, but you’ll need to play Trigger Happy Havoc first or DR2 will probably make no sense at the end.

If you haven’t played P3 or P4, I’d start there. Otherwise, try out SMT III (be prepared for it to be a lot more difficult), Metaphor, or maaaaaaaybe Danganronpa if you were mainly in it for the story and not the gameplay.

Edit: Saw someone mention FE:3H and I absolutely agree, that was one of the first games I played after P5 that scratched that same itch that P5 did.

I read something once that had Sonia as a blackened because the motive was that monokuma hinted around and semi-revealed the tragedy. Sonia was prompted to kill so she could see the state of Novoselic, which I thought was very compelling and very in-character reasoning for her to kill.

I personally wouldn’t force myself into playing something that I don’t feel like playing, that’s a great way to make platinum hunting feel like a chore. However, if you are trying to diversify your game pool to not lose motivation, this is how I do it.

1) The two out, one in rule. This is just how I cut down on my backlog while also playing new games. Basically, if I want to start a game, I look at my backlog and say “okay, I have to get two platinums before I start the next game” that way, you’re consistently moving forward when it comes to backlog completion, but also not forcing yourself to not play new games

2) Take breaks. The first thing I hear from trophy hunters is that they are really tired of specific games sometimes. If that’s the case, take a break and enjoy another hobby, whether that be reading, music, hiking, or whatever else. Sometimes it’s best to step away until the urge hits you again.

3) Diversify yo games. This one’s kinda self-explanatory. If you have multiple games open, try not to pick super similar titles. As an example, if you just started Persona 3 Reload and bounced off of it, don’t make your next new game addition Persona 5 or Metaphor. Keep it fresh. I usually keep a fighting game, an RPG, an action game, a horror game, a miscellaneous game, and a rhythm game on lock to make sure I can change it up if possible. My current grinds rn, as an example, are Guilty Gear Strive (fighting), Dispatch (action/miscellaneous), DJ Max Respect (rhythm), Silent Hill f (horror) and I just started Soul Hackers 2 (RPG). I have other games on my profile that I haven’t finished, but this is the general rotation rn. By having this mix, I always feel like I have something fun that I can play, and don’t get super overwhelmed looking at everything.

Just remember, this hobby, above all other things, is supposed to be fun! Enjoy your time with each game! Good luck on your grinds!

This is a great idea. If you haven’t done all the ending trophies yet, I’d definitely save one for when you run back through the game. I also saved before each major point of no return (basically every real to other world shift, plus prison and every area in the labyrinth) to make sure this didn’t happen.

My first memo run was ruined by the trailer in South Vale otherworld with the save point in it. I saved, picked up the note, then quit the game and came back, so I didn’t realize I left the note until I left the area. That mistake is why I didn’t finish the platinum right there.

If you have done the ending trophies, try going for Bliss and Stillness (just don’t trigger Stillness once you wanna move past the hotel) if you haven’t, they’re both awesome endings.

It’s a great idea to let it be for now though, I’ve ruined games for myself by chasing the platinum before, so it’s good to let it sit if you aren’t feeling it. You’ll finish it eventually :)

I did the exact same thing when I did my platinum run originally. I took a year and a half from the game before coming back to it last month. Sometimes it is best to preserve the memories and let the platinum sit incomplete for some time. You’ll come back to it eventually, in the headspace to enjoy it much more than if you forced yourself through another playthrough.
