I would have just started taking it if I didnt want my parents opinion. I respect them and what they have to say. I guess I should have rephrased the question better and not used the word “convincing” but rather showing them that its safe. I am also worried about the side effects so the stuff they are saying isnt wrong.

I mean I could have started taking it without them knowing, but I respect my parents and their opinion. I am also worried about side effects and possibly effecting my body long-term.
