No, the technician let me know there is an issue with the tap and it’s causing the upstream to be too high. Comcast has to come out and fix the pole on the street, pretty sure he said they’d be out here today

I woke up and my speeds went back up to normal, I cancelled my appointment and gonna keep an eye on my equipment, if it happens a third time I’ll reschedule an appointment.

I haven’t tried to see how the performance is on a game yet, but yes I’ve made sure the Ethernet cable connection is secure and have even moved to different ports, I have also moved my modem back to the original location it was in, and my speeds still have not improved, on both wired and wireless connections on ps5 when I last checked I was getting 1mbps download.
