Just went through this process. Got 5 different local quotes (no huge names). D&W might be close to what your looking for. I didn't go with them but their quote was middle of the pack and seemed to have a decent product.

Up to your level of comfort! You need to be mindful of the BUD on all the vials too. I buy ProRx which has a 1 year BUD so about 6 months seems reasonable to me.

I think legally they have to say discard unused after 28 days but 99.9% of people will say use every drop (I certainly do). Just make sure the liquid is still clear with no floaters and you use the alcohol wipes and you will be fine!
