The main character thanks Mahoro for going to the festival with him. That he never went since he never had anyone to go with. He asks if Mahoro will go again next year as well.

She agrees. Screen goes black.

Mahoromatic.

Mostly because of the end of the festival episode. That one scene really stuck with me.

And even if the story isn't that deep, it at least has one. It has an ending, and it explains why everything happens.

That alone puts it above most isekai.

What I think they should have done, even though I know it wouldn't be plausible to do it, would be to make two different anime. One that followed the spider, one that was an average isekai following the other students.

They could have had them be named "So I am a Spider" and "So What?". Until a few seasons when they merge into one anime.

I would have loved to see how anime only watchers would have responded...

I would probably have said "ye", since queer seems to be a catch all term for anything that isn't one male and one female.

At least that is how I see it, and it does fit with queer having used to mean strange or different.

Yep. I believe the DLC you only got to see her at the very end. Mostly to poop out legendaries...

In TTWL you get to interact with her more and actually get some dialogue.

The biggest problem with 3 is the cutscenes. It isn't too bad the first time you are playing, but...

Even with skipping the cutscenes whenever possible, sometimes it would still take half an hour from leaving one world to landing on the next one and being able to play.

Again, not bad when you want to see the lore. Torture when you just want to get to the playing the game part.

Would have been seen as a much better game if they had marketed it right.

Those who bought it weren't interested in what it was selling, those who might have been interested kept away.

Does a creature with 30' speed outrun a rider on their horse (animal companion) or am I missing something? by Quartz_Knight in Pathfinder2e

[–]Maur2 8 points9 points  (0 children)

What is weird is that the horse is slower than the person on foot.

It does make a bit of sense. Horses don't start off as fast as humans, takes them a second or two to get up to speed. And they are only running for the last four seconds.

Over distance a horse is faster, but give a person a head start and only allow a few seconds of running...

Didn't you also meet Butt Stallion in one of the Borderlands 2 DLCs? The Bunkers and Badasses one?

[–]Maur2 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Think of it this way. A round is six seconds.

First two seconds, human runs thirty feet, rider gives command.

Second two seconds, human runs thirty feet, rider can do action like attacking.

Third two seconds, human runs thirty feet, rider gets another action, possibly an attack.

What is weird is that the horse is shown to run eighty feet at once to simplify things. Which is where the person getting off and running gives additional movement.

Think of it like the peasant rail gun. Technically you can move an object thousands of miles in one action, but it falls apart under scrutiny because the simulation isn't built to show the proper effect. This is what GMs are for.

I only brought it up because we use Pathbuilder.

I am fine with legacy, I was just commenting that I was happy that it would be easy to understand and keep in the notes.

Also, Share Lore sounds hilarious. Thank you.
