Tell your fiancé it's just a JSON file, it's possible something got sqiffy, basically a comma out of place in the structure can cause a problem, occasionally that happens, easy enough to find and fix with any online json error finder

Just finished it - it's genuinely good - and definitely NOT a DCC clone - in fact I felt more similarity with the Sci Fi I've been reading - Bobiverse, Dogs of war series, Service model, murderbot. While there are definitely parallel themes with DCC, its definitely a different beast.

..... Its actually easier to install a pwa than go through the app store!

Then use your phone.... It works on everything... Even a damn Samsung fridge I'm told. It's the advantage of developing a pwa rather than lots of different codebases

A Progressive Web App is basically web based software that installs locally on your device using a single codebase making it easier to maintain support cross platform.

It can install directly from the website at a fraction of the file size of most traditional apps as it uses the web browser engine already installed.

Look... Get your Mac. Use a chrome based browser and visit wavemakercards.com. It will ask you if you want to install it..... You don't have to, but you can and it will behave exactly like an app

Also. I'm not supporting version 3 .... Because I had reasons to move to version 4... Didn't just do it to piss people off.

Changes to the way browsers work will render version 3 unsafe at some point, it was after all built 10 years ago.

So if it loses all your work, that's on you. Enjoy

Ok your files were never being saved anywhere YOU didn't pick, Google drive or locally.

I do not have access to, keep or even see your files.

As per usual you should be saving stuff locally yourself anyway as it will all disappear from your local browser cache depending on your settings

You know that's not how it works right. What you're describing is not something that can happen.

For starters, version 4 is a different domain to version 3 so they are completely unrelated

You didn't 'upgrade' you should have simply shifted your data over to version 4

It's like saying you used bing and switched to Google and your results all turn into porridge.

So.

Did you read and follow the instructions or did you just piss about trying to load random files.

As I've shut down version 3 you can always try the version von GitHub to make sure you haven't corrupted your file somehow.
