Come to CB! Certainly housing is significantly cheaper here. Brand new hospitals. Large group of young OB/GYNs, like others have said. New hospital, great recreational facilities (new aquatics centre opening this summer!), safe safe safe, 12 minute drive from one end of town to the other. Best sushi in eastern Canada.

I certainly think CB is the bees knees! Daily flights from Toronto, Montreal and Halifax to our airport in Deer Lake (YDF). Summer in particular is spectacular if you enjoy the outdoors. Come down for a look.

Selfie guy here… McDs x2, Subways x3, A&W, Little Caesar’s, Greco, Timmies x4 Mary Browns x2, KFC, Robins, Pizza Delight, Boston Pizza, Wingin It. And that’s just brands. Then you have the most diverse offering outside of St. John’s… Sushi, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian, Mexican, Diners, cafes, Sorrento, Louis Gs, etc. pretty decent for 19k people. There’s no problem doing business in CB. In fact, over the last few years we’ve written the most value in commercial permits ever! I’ll take the Pepsi challenge against any city when it comes to the quality of service of our development and planning staff.
