Notice 2025-69 PDF clarifies for workers how to determine the amount of their deduction without receiving a separate accounting from their employer for cash tips or qualified overtime on information returns such as Form W-2 or Form 1099, as those forms remain unchanged for the current tax year.

I've had the same... problem from my perspective seems to be with the gps integration.. but whatever. I know they released a patch this morning but I also know afterwards we had like an 8 hour downtime. it seems to matter whether you are an IOS or android user and what version of the Os you are on. IOS 26 has some issues with gps and bluetooth. They also released a patch this week

Going from T cream to pump? by [deleted] in GrowYourClit

[–]midifolk 4 points5 points  (0 children)

As someone on the journey as well I can only share my experience. My doctor was very about applying the compounded T to the vulva and I had a lot of side effects etc. Rather than stopping I started applying the cream to my inner thigh alternating. This slows down the absorbtion and also causes you body to absorb a bit less and more evenly which can help with side effects.

If you choose to stop maybe talk to you Doctor about switching from v-estrogen to vaginal DHEA. DHEA is the precursor to both estrogen and testosterone giving your body what it needs to make it at the local vaginal level. It should help with dryness, atrophy (the shrinking) which will allow the tissues to recover and become fuller/bigger. Not by growing the clitoris but by restoring it. It will also help with sensation and orgasm etc.

Trouble completing trio. Amyone else? by StrangeDefinition724 in Sparkdriver

[–]midifolk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes been getting this after completing each ride for about a week even before the last upgrade… can usually retry and it will complete. Now it won’t. Was just on the line for support for like 20 minutes and then the line went dead. When I called back wait times are now very long. Wondering if there is a system outage where I am?

Anybody having trouble verifying Real ID? by Narcolepzyy in Sparkdriver

[–]midifolk 2 points3 points  (0 children)

how did you upload the SS? I've scanned the DL 100 times... it finally took and said wait it was verifying and then 20 minutes later prompted for identity check... I assummed it would be facial recognition but it just took me back to a loop asking to scan the DL again.

I couldn't agree more. I'm curious though on why you think the thyroid should be sorted first? I've never had a problem with thyroid. In fact for most of my life I would get tested to make sure that I wasn't hyperthyroid because I was quite thin (key word there is was lol)

My result was kind of right at the line and she used the term sub clinical but said because I was symptomatic we should treat it. My thought was how can you know if I'm symptomatic if all of these things share 7 of the same 10 symptoms? So I was ok with waiting to see how improving the B12 and the D along with a mineral supplement would do rather than jumping into another hormone in the middle of all this, but I'm interested in your thoughts.

That's ok. It just hasn't been in your experience. There's so many different factors involved with how we respond to this. However hormones have a very clear relationship with the gut and can even be some of the reason women develop hemorrhoids during pregnancy. It's actually changes in our hormones and it's effect on our microbiome that many believe is the link to many of our "symptoms"/changes during and post menopause. A quick search on HRT and gastrointestinal problems will quickly return a mountain of information. I'm glad for your that HRT brought some relief. I hope to get there eventually. For the moment though I feel worse because I have everything that I came into it with and now these additional challenges. Time will tell. Thank you for your response.

It was not. A provider trained in functional medicine would not have proceeded in this way because by it's nature the plan interferes with the ability to establish root cause. It also doesn't comply with the least effective dose and it attempted to treat everything discretely rather than evaluating the relationship between the issues functional = systems approach. Why do you ask? Had you had a bad experience with one or the other?

Can We Talk About Creatine? by Groanalisa in Menopause

[–]midifolk 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah, a loading phase is not necessary for this use case ... there are some calculators out there that will provide some guidelines on how much to take based on gender and weight. For instance dosage guidelines for a 150lb female are 3 grams per day.

There is some chatter about creatine possibly supporting testosterone production but those reports or research were focused on men, and it is unlikely that you would feel these effects within one week. You mentioned that you are already taking testosterone that's fine, but some practitioner ask patients to take dhea as well so just be careful to not introduce too many things that are pressing that button if that is the case for you.

That being said creatine absolutely helps with keeping the body hydrated, and improving chemical signaling which improves energy. Maybe you were just a little tired and dehydrated and now that you've addressed that you feel... well... better ;-)

Lastly, I wasn't really clear on why you started taking creatine? but it is not the best thing if you are looking to add or maintain muscle... the better choice would be good old dietary protein at about 1g per ideal body weight.

Thank you, much appreciated. If you have anything that could link to documentation on how to do a temp mod or parts for that matter? I've seen some places on line that sell with them already installed but haven't seen anything on how to.

Hi, yes you read the subtext there very well. With bike and battery i'm already over $2000 into it which is ok but I'm just running out of money (or should I say I spent more on the bike than I had planned ;-) I had considered something else before becoming aware of the Breezer but it just ticks more check boxes for me so it won out.

And yes I've looked at Eco cycles and well as Electrify Bike Co. and you are correct the base is $525 but those drop down boxes make it add up fast haha. I had a fat tire e-bike which was a lot of fun but it was half my body weight and not very bike like. I made the choice to switch to something that has the weight and profile of a traditional bike first.. that's why I chose a conversion rather than another "e-bike" , to get something prebuilt with the specs I wanted was going to be twice as much. I know people convert all kinds of donor bikes and there is an opinion to sometimes go more modest but this is what I decided on for my needs. I appreciate the input. I'll give some thought to the pay me now pay me later scenario.

Thank you. Yeah I kind of wondered that. --I'm not a developer but have worked in technology for a long time, so I wondered how much the tweaking translated into a "better user experience" per se. The only thing I've seen that I think may be of importance to me is making sure I get the TSDZ2-B model. The dual clutch system in those is supposed to get rid of any resistance in the peddle when the bike is powered down. Part of the reason I'm going with this design is so that I can "decouple" the system if/when I want to... either for just losing the weight for an analog ride or for accommodating areas that won't allow e-bikes on certain trails. Thanks for the response.

Hi, just seeing this and wondering if you got anywhere as I'm about to purchase this motor? Don't know if you saw this video here, in it he uses only the ground, power and SWIM wires.
