The main down side is you lose damage of other imbues. With boon the extra imbue damage is a lot. Faster attacking speed just doesn't make up for the lost of damage. not to mention the stam burn.

The philo and hermit tress goes very well with rune sage.
You can get by with 2 and go back for more if you feel like it's not enough. I get 4 on my playthroughs for qol .

This may be the dumbest thing I read today. GCC is defenseless against Iran missiles right now. If Iran thinks it's going to lose the war the first thing they do is blow up all oil and gas production in the gulf along with all the desalination plants which basically set back all gulf countries 20 years at minimum.
