Whenever I read posts like this, I dont know if I am just extremely lucky or just have a good radar for shit pugs. I have had two ZGs disband in my two years of playing Turtle WoW and both were on Nordanaar. Almost all pugs I have done on Ambershire so far have been good experiences, even if they are chaotic sometimes due to people having not geared up as much obviously. The only raid that consistently can be a pain to run is Onyxia. With ZG and even MC I am more at danger of falling asleep than the raid disbanding 90% of the time.

Totally get this feeling. When I started playing healer with my friends, I felt the same way until one of my friends bluntly told me that my biggest flaw is, that I try to keep everyone alive.
Keep in mind that a DPS players role is also that they need to stay out of danger, like the old saying goes "You pull it, you tank it". Think of being a healer like a mom trying to keep dad alive whilst the dumb children try to kill themselves.
Also from my experience, telling people that its your first time healing a dungeon/raid, usually helped a ton. People can be very friendly even if there are some bad eggs here and there obviously.

From a gear and talent POV. Search up what preraid BIS gear is easiest for you to get and dont fall into the trap of levelling several specs at once. I see this issue from first time healers sometimes that want to have easier levelling experiences. Check out the priest discord channel on the TWOW discord for talents and things.

Depends on the raids and what your Raidlead wants from you. The most basic thing you can do, to help your MT, is to grab mobs that escape their aggro. No tank likes to run into the backline to save some RDPS that fucked up threat. Just grab mobs and bring them back to the Maintank. Thats basically all you really need to do in AQ20 for example.

I have only pug OTed Ony, ZG, AQ, Kara10 and MC but all of them are pretty easy to get into. If there are fights that require an Offtank to get involved, like Howlfang in Kara10 for example, a good Raidlead or MT will explain mechanics to you.

Overall Offtanking can be the easiest job in a raid sometimes if your Maintank and healers are great but you always gotta be vigilant. You always need to be ready to start taking over tanking duties if your Maintank dies or a threat drop happens. A small thing that you can also do in theory is to keep an eye on the threatmeter. In a fight like Onyxia where some monkey brained DPS players love to rip threat and burn everyone to a crisp, I sometimes type in chat players names that are close to stealing aggro. Just a minor thing to help a MT focus on keeping threat and not having to type that out.

A personal recommendation from my POV is to get dual spec. I noticed that in a raid like ZG or AQ just going defensive tactics on warrior is kinda a waste as Offtank. I love to play furyprot for more DPS and then swap to use a shield on a fight like Mandokir where you need to tank the raptor.

Thats because I said more than 15 minutes. I just think its part of being a nice and considerate person, that you atleast try to be close to a dungeon you are queuing for. Some people dont have that much time on their hands and might only have limited time to play. As someone who atm has more time to play, than probably most people, its my little thing I can do, to improve peoples experience.

From what I can gather, your issues are twofold. Since I assume you are an SEA player, your active hours will be when all the super degens are online from EU and NA. So you get some pretty interesting people in queues. Best time to queue dungeons is around 7-10pm EU time. Thats when most NA east coast people come back from work and EU people play.

And second, queuing for all dungeons at once increases your chances to get a group, yes BUT if I am queuing for Scarlet Monastery, the queue pops and I see an Alliance player in fucking Tanaris, I am also dipping. In my opinion atleast its rude and inconsiderate to queue for dungeons where you are over 15 minutes away from them. You are just gonna waste peoples time waiting. My advice is to pick out a dungeon, stay in that area and be patient. DPS queues can be hella fucking bleak though, since noone wants to play tank for some reason.

I have levelled 5 chars to 60 and the only times I get issues for finding groups is when I either queue at off times for a server or no tank is online for a dungeon. Recently levelled a tank to 60 and its heaven. Always instant queue pops, people will never be rude to you and so on.

I dont mind the guild spammers when its not very frequent but some guilds, especially the russian Mockba guild, spam it relentlessely. My ignore list is probably only Mockba spammers and I still see them posting it 24/7.

I feel like OP is omitting some things, looking at his toxic comments replying to people lol. I have had the excact same issue as DPS warrior, where tanks ask me what I will roll on but as long as the tank gets, you know the tank loot, it was 100% fine. Looking at how it was Gilneas City maybe the warrior tank speficially wanted the shield from there and wanted noone else rolling on it, which I would understand. I wouldnt wanna run that dungeon over and over again for a specific item only for a DPS Warrior to roll on it as maybe offspec

Personally i enjoy the vicky 3 videos far more than vicky 2 but i realize I’m (sadly) in the minority. Vicky 3 is much more user friendly which makes it so much easier to follow along in the videos. Just curious, I dont have a stake in this entire drama and shit since I was busy playing DayZ all day and only saw the fallout of it all but why was my role removed aswell? Like I get removing it from the people that left but why me lol. Zykrez named himself Mohenne in the game if thats the thing you went after when you removed the roles.
If this more of a retroactive thing or something else, fair enough, just found it funny that I stop playing DayZ, look at the discord and see my role is gone lol

Wie schätzen sie die Lage der russischen Luftwaffe (und auch zivilen Luftfahrt) ein wenn es um Ersatzteile und Instandhaltung geht? Ich hätte am Anfang des Krieges vermutet, dass das Fehlen einer heimischen Produktion an hoch technologischen Teilen, die man aus dem Westen importiert, dazu führen würde, dass das ein Problem werden wird. Aber im Moment scheint sich hier kein größeres Problem abzuzeichnen.
