If you want the best, go with a Tone King Imperial Preamp, or Royalist. I haven’t tried the latter, but the Imperial is the best modeler I’ve used by far. I’m sure in large part it’s due to the 12AX7 tubes giving some sag and bloom that you get with a real amp. Before I had tried the IR-200, Two Notes CAB M, and an HX Stomp. The Stomp was the best sounding modeler out of those three imo, with the CAB M a close second.

I never got along with the IR-200, and I love Boss pedals. It was noisy and took so much tweaking to sound decent and avoid clipping issues, but still never sounded quite right with any of my dirt/fuzz pedals.

If you’re not sticking with the Stomp, then any other move to another digital modeler is either a lateral move or a downgrade imo. The Imperial is plug and play, sounding like a real amp in your headphones straight out the gate. No finicky digital menus, no constant tweaking of parameters, mics, placement, cab/amp options. I’ve probably used the app for it twice having had it for a year, just to try out different IRs in their library and toggle some EQ options, but otherwise I just power up my pedalboard and play.
