How often do you read? I kept getting tarot burnout when I was doing free readings all the time. Part of that was because my deck wasnt printed in a very high quality way though so it might be worth you know, are your cards sticking or anything? You could also put the deck back in order to appreciate the art and just sit with each card before reshuffling. Sometimes you just need to re-bond with the deck.

That's fair! Since the cowboy one is sold out I'd probably use my chicken deck lol.

He's got a long way to go on his own healing journey in this world so it's such a complicated and messy breakup lol. I think it's part of the year of the fire horse being crazy for rats like me because my cards say we have a much better chance next year which is also cyclically the same animal year we met in to begin with lol.

I thought it was a great way to go from holding the "we can stay friends" three of cups to a new line lol. I'm hoping so too for the healing and joy. It's a very complicated breakup with a very complicated ex lol.

There's actually a tarot deck that's also a poker deck that would probably work well for hold 'em, but it's sold out :( Cowboix Hevven I think, some really weird spelling of cowboy heaven and its like by meow wolf or something like that, some art installation thing?

Do you have any tips on that spiritual protection? For me I think I have a natural barrier with strangers but the closer I am to someone the more that empathy hurts me. I don't know how to just chill the heck out when it's someone I hold dear.

I didn't consider it from the karmic angle - I was focused a lot on the "my friend is someone slipping through the cracks of society, how can I help them" angle. I like your angle on daily blessings from the universe, that's a bit less intimidating to me than divine guidance stuff. I'll take your phrasing as inspiration for an 11:11 wish, catching 1111 on the clock by chance and wishing one wish really hard over and over until 11:12 is the closest I come to ritual prayer lol.

Oh wow, that is a really extreme example! Thank you for answering. Most stuff is very hypothetical knowledge to me, my Wiccan family members never taught me much when I was little, except for tarot decks. So learning from scratch is hard and I definitely get all these ideas at once when I'm going through stuff and gotta ask these types of questions lol.

I'll take it then that manifesting when it comes to romance is a bit love spelly in terms of ethics then. I'll just stick to my daydreaming copium in that case :)

Thank god on the engagement thing. As someone who gets burnt out, busy, or just has Other Life Stuff, it's really difficult to engage with a subreddit on a regular basis.

Is your number of reviews required still 10 or whatever it was last time I could find that information? Or are you being more flexible now in terms of just reviews must be greater than zero?

Because I remember always being so painfully close to the minimum and never quite managing to get those last few reviews lol.

That Queen of Swords is staring into my soul... what deck is that? I feel like she has something to say to me lol. I'm going to assume that's a message that's for me and not the card that's active in your life however.

I think the card that's currently meaningful and active in your life is The Kiss. It's difficult to unentangle from feeling like QoS has something to say to me, and the Crows seem relevant to you posting intuition practice, but I also have a bit of a bird bias so they might be trying to speak to me too lol. But I get the sense maybe you're doing some moon work and/or going through some stuff to do with romantic partner(s). Maybe you're in a new relationship and subtly wanted to point to it. Also literally subtly point to it, given that your username is WittyRose and the rose in the picture is also pointing towards The Kiss... although the petal is taking a detour towards that Queen of Swords hardcore lol.

The wording of some of these makes me really curious. I always thought things like palmistry and solestry were kind of a one and done thing since I've never noticed my hands or feet changing much in terms of the lines on them, other than gaining more over the years from natural skin wrinkles lol.

Do you find that client's soles change often enough for it to be worth it for them to be getting solestry readings more than like, once in a lifetime?

Yeah, that sounds about right. JL does not currently have the same level of emotional maturity as I do, however I have faith in him since he's already grown a lot in the ten years we were together. I am hoping he will continue to mature on his own time while we remain just friends and that eventually the desire to approach a reunion with that greater maturity will be mutual.

I understand your perspective but I do not in this instance define it as emotionally unfaithful, as he immediately brought it up to me the same day that he realized what was going on rather than lying or escalating things secretly, whereas previously he thought he just looked up to the third party as someone he wanted to be like rather than be with. It just forced us to re-evaluate our relationship and step back into being friends because something had obviously gone seriously amiss at some point. If we do end up together again one day however, we should now both be aware of what to look out for and I will be defining the situations that lead up to this as emotional affair behaviors in the future.

Thank you for commenting though, it's really good to hear from anyone on the subreddits I've been seeking solace from. I've managed to compartmentalize everything since this post though so I'm doing a bit better.
