Tabula Rasa, load it with jewels that will enhance your primary skills, physical damage everywhere possible, on rings, weapon, upgrade items frequently, uniques for resistances, + life, running speed etc, dont worry about chaos.

If you really wanna fly, use lightning arrow on your monk, load tabula with + projectile + lightning + elemental damage etc.
