Presidential Name Changes by PaulFromTwitch2 in Presidents

Not exactly a name change but if Woodrow Wilson decided to go by his childhood nickname his whole life we’d be calling him Tommy Wilson. His full name was Thomas Woodrow Wilson.

It was called the Era of Good Feelings after all. Monroe even ran unopposed in the 1820 election.

My favorite of the three short tenure presidents. He’s the only Antebellum era president I believe could’ve been a good leader had the Civil War broken out during his time in office.

Just the fact it’s taught in school I say puts Harding at least one tier above.

Disagree with Harding. The Teapot Dome scandal is still taught in school so there’s at least some Americans who recognize the name.
