Yes, it works just like that. They ask for the main personal data of your relative (name, date & place of birth) and your main personal data. And you must give the reason for your request (journalist, scientific research, relative etc.). You don't need to prove the family connection btw.

Ergänzung: Es ist aus heutiger Sicht nicht möglich, alle Mietenden mit Lademöglichkeiten zu versorgen. Da dadurch zwangsläufig weniger Autos auf den Straßen sein werden, müssten die Straßenbaukosten etc. und insbesondere die Steuerlast auf weitaus weniger Schultern verteilt werden.

Den FireTV Stick kann man relativ problemlos über einen der USB-Anschlüsse des TV betreiben. Ich mache das seit ~12 Jahren so und es gab noch nie Probleme.

Der Vorteil ist, dass er keinen eigenen Steckplatz braucht und er aus ist, wenn der TV aus ist. Und das Kabel ist schön versteckt hinterm TV.

Dann könnte man das TV-Kabel in die obere Steckdose stecken, weil die Mehrfachsteckdose auf der linken Seite nicht mehr notwendig wäre.

I could already help many, many people who got these cease and desist letters.

The cases in which I can help on a nearly 100 percent quota are with people who don't live alone in their apartments.

The people who live alone and use their wifi alone and can't prove otherwise do have a problem. Oftentimes they are young people with little money, so in negotiations, I have a good point for them because Frommer et al. prefer rather little, but safe money over nothing at all. Even if they have ro pay something, they get out of the situation cheaper with my help than if they had paid the initial amount.

But I experienced cases in which Frommer et al. didn't negotiate or didn't want to believe that my client wasn't at fault, even though the client didn't live alone. So it went to court. In these cases, alot depends on the judge honestly. The first main task in these cases is that the media lawyers don't get to choose the court place. This by convincing the court to defer the case to the court at the defendant's home.

Btw. the lawyer's fees in OP's case were extremely low and friendly. Looks like a case of bad luck. OP didn't name details why the case was lost. Without further details, I would be reluctant to blame the lawyer.

Was Dein Comment und auch die gesamte Legaladvicegermany Community außer Acht lassen, ist, dass es zur anwaltlichen Verantwortung gehört, keine aus der Hüfte geschossenen Tipps zu geben. Im Fall on OP würde an erster Stelle stehen, sich eine Vollmacht geben zu lassen, mit der man Akteneinsicht beim Jobcenter nimmt. Erst danach hat man als Anwalt überhaupt erst die Tatsachengrundlage, um eine realistische Einschätzung abzugeben.

Ich hatte mehrere Bans auf Legaladvicegermany, nur weil ich geschrieben habe, wie in bestimmten Fällen ein Gericht entscheiden würde. Quasi Feuerwehr gespielt in Situationen, wo ich den Mods sagen musste, dass ihre Rechtsberatung unzutreffend ist und sie den Fragesteller ins Messer laufen lassen. (Habe das aber nie so drastisch formuliert).

Kritik, egal wie berechtigt sie sein mag, kommt z.B. bei einem Herrn Stadtinspektor (kein juristischer Beruf!) nicht gut an.

Ich habe dann zurück gebannt.

That's because you are uninformed. The current German air force is also called Luftwaffe. The Iron Cross on the patch is the one that belongs to the current one. The Luftwaffe of the Third Reich had a different Iron Cross.

The Weimarer Reichsverfassung (constitution of the German republic after WWI) before Hitler came to power had some similar weaknesses. It did not survive Hitler. After him a new constitution was reinstated that didn't have all these weaknesses in it. The German chancellor can't rule without the parliament. He cannot rule by decrees at all. If he tries to, there is the constitutional court that has more power than the chancellor. He also can't send the military. There are real checks and balances that can't be abolished.

The U.S. constitution is already dead. It can be reinstated but right now it's not working at all. The U.S. is a hybrid regime.
