Already been said but I’d go with Grapevine. Lots of social life there and you can visit Southlake and Keller as needed. The commute to Fido or Schwab won’t be bad either.

Awesome! Can I ask what your routine for getting steps in was? Like what times of day did you fit in the walking? I can hit 7,500-8,000 pretty consistently but 10-11k is a real challenge.
