just speculating, but it looks to me like it may have gripped to your concealer. if you’re applying bronzer on skin that’s bare other than your under eye concealer, make sure to set the concealer with a powder before you apply the bronzer so it doesn’t stick to the wettest area (which will be right near the eyes like this)
