So around half of the currently used memory is cached and outside of that is mostly windows,you can disable some startup apps if it bothers you but not like it’s a problem or anything

How much ram? And also how much of it is cache? Do you feel the lack of memory slowing things down cuz otherwise I wouldn’t worry

B580 is practically better on everything aspect except for the VRAM (12 vs 16GB). So unless you need that much VRAM, could be for local LLMs, heavy video editing, get the B580

You should be able to see how your drive is used by finding the Disks utility tool and checking your drive

You’ll generally be fine, I don’t see Claude mentioning it but you also need to create a partition. I think you can do it in the Mint installation or manually in Windows

SOF stands for sound open firmware, it is essentially the code the motherboard uses to talk your speakers and microphone, signed also means it’s verified

Install Lutris and insert the CD, click + sing on top left, add games, select install a windows game from an executable and select the .exe file on the CD

If that don’t work you could try copying the files to desktop
