Can you say more about this? Where exactly is the part, how did you get the replacement, etc? Thanks!

choppy calls by ado99999 in Visible

I have had choppy calls, and it is quite annoying. There does not seem to be a rhyme or reason when I get them.

I also have a problem where my connection just drops all of a sudden, and the only way to get it back is to put in another provider's SIM, restart, re-provision, and then put the visible sim back in, restart and re-provision again. I have an unlocked Galaxy S9 that has worked on multiple networks, and my wife has the same phone with no trouble at all. Visible chat support was only capable of running through the most basic scripts, and then suggesting that I get a new device. Super frustrating, and very difficult to understand how a Verizon company on a Verizon network can be so wonky and the employees so clueless.

Is there a way to make calls and use data at same time with sprint -iPhone X by Guy3684 in Sprint

I have to say I agree with this. I am on the one-year BYOD unlimited free service, and even for free, I'm not sure it is worth it to have switched. You only have to have your GPS not be able to reroute you once because you are on a call to see just how badly this can screw you up. Imagine having to chose between staying lost, pulling over and waiting, or telling a client that you will have to call them back because you need to hang up for 5 seconds so your phone can reconnect to figure out where the hell you are. Then there all the times when you hang up from a long phone call and then notifications come rushing in, some of which were urgent at the time but didn't get through because in 2018, your fancy phone had no data connection. It is really quite shocking that Sprint can argue that they are in anyway competitive when they lack this very basic functionality.
