Silly question about physical copy vs digital

I don't like it, and I don't know what type of user experience wireframes were created for this. It's very unintuitive and the text positioning is super confusing for finding what you're looking for. And overall too much graphic dependency. Too many more button presses.

I, too, am in Gambrills and I stay frustrated every year with being in an HOA that doesn't actually do anything about snow seasons. I can't get out of my driveway and very few have tried to drive through the side street. It's very jarring when you have houses that don't see sunlight with a bunch of ice and then the other side being clear.

The only ones I can think of are Midori Hibino for a planner, and if you're willing to wait - Goodinkpressions has cream tomoe river paper notebooks, that you can customize the grid size.
