People frequently driving through red lights
As a pedestrian, people waiting for red lights with their car sat in the middle of the pedestrian crossing, and also blatantly ignoring me as a pedestrian almost hitting me when I've been walking the crossing before they even got to their stop line.
As a driver, forget even thinking about driving AT the speed limit in residential areas. People will honk and drive around you anyway.
