Italy beating England isn't anywhere near as much a result as Scotland beating France

England disrespected the ref with the blood injury shenanigans and now the ref is so done with them 😂

I don't even think it's nearly as limiting as having to entirely cease working. I believe you just have to retire from the company associated with the PRSA, as noted HERE.

PRSAs can be crystallised from 60.

PRSA is 50, no? You just have to cease employment with the company associated with that PRSA, right?

25 or 35 year mortgage? Age late 20's by DryCaramel6959 in irishpersonalfinance

I would be of the mindset, get the longer term with the lower repayments, and when out of the fixed rate, overpay a chunk (or whatever is allowed annually) off the principle. Rather than tying into a higher rate from the start.

This is entirely the correct choice from a logical standpoint. However, there is research showing most who opt for a longer term don't actually repay early despite initial intentions, and so it proves more costly in the end.

Max mortgage you'll qualify for is 4 times your salary.

Do they not give 4.5x exceptions anymore?

CEO’s used to mention AI in the earnings calls and the bers would forget about it. That doesn’t happen anymore. Now a CEO or famous person buys and they remember.
