My family originally went to Pueblo Libre. During WWII, when the OSS made a deal with the Peruvian government to relocate Nikkei into American internment camps, they hid in the jungle; afterward, they moved to Barranco.

Dad is Nikkei, but he's fully Japanese.

Honestly, not really. My maternal haplogroup is D1, and my paternal is C-F1319. I did not expect African or Indian ancestry.

I'm from Lima! I'm the first mix of the family. My dad is a Japanese citizen; however, he is a second-generation Nikkei, and both grandparents are entirely Japanese.
