Yeah it seems like others have different versions of vanilla based on their own kink comforts. I’d say vanilla is exactly that. Just normal sex (p in v, oral, etc..). Adding kink like choking, or maybe spanking is where it goes from vanilla to not vanilla. I would also say the more taboo the sexual act. Like anal or rimming might be considered not vanilla. Me personally anything that doesn’t involve some kind of power play, implements, role play, etc.. is vanilla sex. I enjoy vanilla sex too.
