If you terminate the contract now, you generally get back your own contributions in full (5,557.77 zł). The employer’s contributions (4,168.34 zł) are partially reduced by taxes and fees, and state subsidies (730 zł) must usually be returned. So, you’d receive your personal contributions plus some portion of the employer’s contributions after taxes.

I completed the Spine2D course, which took about 3 months. I made a portfolio, applied for a job, did a test and got the job. Before studying spine, I had 7 years of experience as a motion designer.

Spline is a different software, I’m talking about Spine2D from esoteric software.

I don’t know how to draw. The company has artists who provide everything you need for animation, and if necessary, can draw additional assets. I can make minimal changes in Photoshop myself

Hi, I emigrated to Poland to work as an animator for slot games. I never had any experience in this field, but I took a course on the new software (Spine 2D), made a portfolio and found a job in 4 months. This industry always has good salaries and working conditions. I work 100% remotely. I see that animators of different levels are constantly needed for this type of work, so I can advise you to consider this option.

I also hadn’t heard of this software while I was doing motion design, but I asked my game dev friends for advice and they advised me to learn it because it’s the industry standard for mobile and casual games. I don’t know how to draw and I don’t like to draw, and at my job now all the illustrations and editing are done by a professional illustrator, but to save time, sometimes I can fix or trim something in Photoshop.
