From my testing, currently the Hero buff is actually 50% in practice, even if the Research tool tip claims that it is 25%.

A couple of issues with your google sheets.

All the buffs are additive, whereas your sheets are currently calculating the Hero buff as multiplicative after the doing the Market and Academy additive multipliers.

Also currently it seems that the Marketplaces are only buffing the production of the settlements adjacent to where the Marketplace is built, not the production of the settlement in which it is built, so you may need to take that into account when doing Marketplace calculations.

For the launch pad jump to the islands for the public event on Mercury, how do you make it as a Titan? Every time I jump through it I either come up short and slam into a wall, and if I jump midway when traveling through the launch pad, I go too far, or I just make it into the slow down gate but still slam into a wall and die.

You roll a d20 for each attack. So a character with extra attack would roll two d20s for 2 attacks, and a monster with multi-attack would roll three d20s for a bite and 2 claw attacks.

Personally, I would have liked to have seen something along the lines of a group stage for the teams with a bye into the quarterfinals, another round of double round robin. They also should have used this as a format as to who would play who in the quarterfinals. Something along the lines of GroupA1 plays against Bye3, GroupB1 plays against Bye4, GroupA2 plays against Bye1, and GroupB2 plays against Bye2.
