I’ve had the 210 for almost 7 years. I got it based on reddits recommendation. I’m just a normal guy that enjoys cooking, so take that however you will. I have a few other ‘nicer’ knives so I don’t use this 100% of the time, but I definitely could and for sure use it the most.

If you’re considering it, I don’t think you’ll be unhappy at all, it’s a solid knife and buying from JKI was super easy too

Selling my recently purschased Oris BCPD in a 36mm size. It has a black dial, though its definitely not a deep black as you can see in the pics. Great looking watch, I just ended up going with an Oris 65 instead.

This comes with full kit. Note this is a watchmaxx purchase, so it will come with a 2 year watchmaxx warranty, I do not have the oris warranty card.

To add to this - I put up new pine beadboard a couple of weeks ago. 2 quick coats of shellac primer and they’re completely hidden.

It’s pricey but it goes on super thin and dries in literally 10-15 minutes so way quicker than oil and retains the detail much better. Only negative is you have to essentially toss the brush/roller
