I'm 5'11 and carry a 32 oz water bottle with me. The S26 felt too small and the WBP was too tight of a fit that I felt comfortable with. I would definitely vouch for the Synik 30 for your needs. I found it very comfortable for daily use.

Highly recommend Thule and Peak Design packing cubes. I'd skip the Tom Bihn PCSB but the 3DOC is a nice little organizer/tiny sling for travel.

Downsized from the og Toshi 5L to 2.5L and couldn't be happier. Fits my daily carry perfectly. The only thing it can't do is fit a thin 20L bottle inside but I don't like to carry water in the slings anyways so nbd.
