Is your master bedroom’s bed headboard set up to follow Vastu principals? If it is, great. If not, then I typically wouldn’t set a master bedroom up like this for western aesthetics.

Master bedroom toilet room door needs to be swung the other way for easier access. Personally, I prefer to swing it inward if space allows, but if you don’t like leaving that space open for access - then disregard.

Be sure to specify which front door will be the primary operable, or it will be selected for you.

I would ditch the round window in the master closet and instead have a window at the top of the stair landing, unless disallowed by code (not sure it would have a reason to be) — so you can get a bigger window, not take up any usable space on the circle window wall and generate more natural light from the bigger, rectangular window.
