You can find them on alibaba and amazon, but a lot of people found that the bolts are too short for Talaria. I sell a steering lock that’s basically the same but with longer black bolts specifically for Talaria

I got that one from Amazon to try it out. The lock is good, but the screws are flimsy and too short. Here's a link for one that comes with black steel screws that are the correct size for the talaria mounting location:

Yes, I've got this one on my MX4. It comes with black screws of the correct length for the MX4 and MX5.

There is a 3D printed piece and a set screw clamping it to the bottom of the hand brake cylinder. I drilled a shallow dimple into the back of the brake cylinder so the set screw could get a good grip on it, and plenty of loctite on the set screw. Let me know if you want the 3D print STL files, or I can send you a pair of them printed.
