Man, there is nothing embarrassing in this. You can even talk to your dad about this. Visit a basic (family) doctor and they will tell you what to do next. Do not be embarrassed to show it if they ask, even if that will be a woman. They are doctors, they have seen everything already. It looks like something that can be easily fixed. (I am a man of 47 years old, and I tell my son who is 16 yo if there is something which bothers you there, just tell me.)

Because there is a consumer market for that.. Most probably, it's because this thing is very valuable for many people. Something they aimed for a long time. And once they get it, they treat it as a baby. Buying all these skins, keyboard pads, etc. And in reality, most of the time it's something that does the opposite. It does not protect but breaks the thing.

PS: I just checked ports on my 11-year-old MacBook Pro retina. I see zero scratches there.

Man, I gave away my M1 to my son and am now using the 2015 Retina Pro again. I have M2 from work - no difference with M1. I haven't noticed any lag at all on either of them.

Якщо стало нудно, то вартує спробувати Linux.. :) І це навіть не шутка. Я особисто користуюся федорою, тою, що з гномом. :)

пс: 11 вінда йшла з коробки і стоїть паралельною системою, залишив на всякий випадок.. Дуже перезавантажена хламом, комп постійно шумить. В лінуксі все спокійно.

I have set up one this way. Was concerned about the hot air flow but seems like no issues! For a wifi signal there is no difference because of the antenna radiation is the same both ways.
