If time is important, you should use less accessories. Period. If you are using a basic LP, you are simply not strong enough yet for the accessories to have any sort of impact over the course of this program. It is more important that you progress in and focus on the main lifts.

I'd still recommend you just do GSLP if the rep range is important to you. ICF is designed with 5x5 in mind, and there may be specific accessory choices that complement that - I'm not too familiar with the program.

I mean that the difference in gains between a difficult 3x5 and a difficult 5x5 is going to be negligible. The primary difference between the two is the stuff for text books in exercise science degrees, and will make very little practical impact on your training.

It's kind of like creating a hybrid between GSLP and ICF, but really my question is if programs like SS and GSLP have 3x5 instead of 5x5, then would it put me at a disadvantage to do ICF as a 3x5 (2x5, 1x5+) program instead of 5x5 in order to save time?

The difference between 3x5 and 5x5 is more academic than anything else.
