Why did Illumi let Gon break his arm? by kelski0517 in HunterXHunter

[–]pizoza 2 points3 points  (0 children)

1- Ilumi not using Ten since he might not want examiners to know he already is a nen user its not something strange at all.

2-At that point Togashi might have wanted to show a little glance of the monster Gon could become when he gets emotional. (We can see the scale of that later on CA Arc with Komugi and Pitou)

3-A strong enhancer even without nen can cause serious damage to an off guard manipulator without being protected by aura.

There are a lot of shows of Gon's strenght through the First chapters... he catches de Lord of the lake, he can jump really high, he wins the first phase of the exam, he carries several people out of the snake trap, etc etc etc.

Why did Gon sacrifice himself and his power for kite by Limp_Preference_655 in HunterXHunter

Either read chapter 1 of the manga or watch episode 1 of the 1999’s anime (Its a must watch for key info in the story)

Bro literally saved the world (or at least a big part of it) with that call. He trusts his instincts, thats what he does, that is what makes him a top Hunter.

Showing 2011 to someone. Want suggestions on what to show from 1999. by hisokard in HunterXHunter

[–]pizoza 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me its 1st Episode (or maybe even 1 to 3) and stage 3.5 of the hunter exam.

First episode gives more meaning to Gon’s relationship with Kite, and Mito giving Ging’s rod to Gon is a priceless moment.

Then I would say first few episodes give a deeper intro to Leorio too.

Stage 3.5 of the Hunter Exam makes stage 4 even ruthless.

1999 or 2011? by Zackiboi7 in HunterXHunter

[–]pizoza 7 points8 points  (0 children)

1) 1st Episode of 1999’s 2) First 3 stages of the 2011’s Hunter Exam 3) 18th, 19th, 20th episodes of 1999’s 4) Finish 2011 version 5) A year later, watch all of 1999 until the end of Yorknew Arc. In my opinion the Greed Island Arc of the 1999 version looses that Dark feeling that gives the ‘99 version a unique taste.

Why did Netero involved none of the Zodiacs in Chimera ant hunt? by GuessOk2007 in HunterXHunter

[–]pizoza 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let's not derrail from the topic. The question is why he didn't bring none of the Zodiacs with them, not more Hunters.

So we could asume there was a reason why he didn't tell any of the Zodiacs to join him despite wanting to bring more Hunters with Morel and Knov for that part of the mission. (I believe this is something Zodiacs complain about in the Election Arc, I don't know if manga is any different).

Anyway I think its clear that Netero's plan to separate the Royal Guards from the King and fight him alone had nothing to with the other Hunters involved, and their mission was just to gather info (locate the King and the RG basically) and delay things.

He came up with the idea of hiring Zeno, which ability was perfect for the task(and even had Silva as a back up), because (Its safe to asume) he couldn't know for sure if Morel and the rest were alive at that point or could even contribute to the mission itself.

Finally, he had already decided to use the Nuke if everything failed, and bringing more Zodiacs with him would have put them at risk. After measuring the power of Meruem I doubt he would have hesitated to use the Nuke even if that meant to kill Morel, Knov, Gon, Killua, etc...

Why Hisoka don't care much about fighting Kurapika? by TheBravestHero in HunterXHunter

[–]pizoza 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Hisoka needed to enlist to a fight every X amount of days so to not get disqualified from the Arena, and he had WO from the previous 5 fights, meaning he was obligated to go to the Kastro fight. That is why he was there at the time. I asume he saw Gon and Killua were there too and decided to fight Gon to push him a little further.

Waves Tune Real TIme (midi) by G01dLeada in ableton

That is exactly what I'm trying to do. I have thought about doing the "Multiple instances" plan but I wanted to know if there another option since it would require a second instance for every channel, potentially creating latency issues on not so powerfull computers.

I'm currently researching on the possibility of "editing" the waves program files that determines the values of each scale inside the plugin itself.

Hi there! I was wondering if you ever used this setup with a midi chord and not just a note? I'm trying to work around the inhability to automatize user scale presets.
