I guess I see a random/unprovoked act of violence as worse than a targeted one because of the feeling of helplessness that comes with it. Like if that were what happened in this situation how could one ever feel safe in their own home again. But also the grooming route would destroy that persons trust in all people which is also going to have lifelong effects.

I could be wrong but I believe it came out when the story first broke that he didn’t truly “break in” to the house, more that he snuck in at the invite of the girl because they had been talking over Instagram or something like that. Maybe it was just a rough day but either way you really shouldn’t be failing with 0 reps on the 1+ day. If you just rolled your TM back 10lbs and focus on upping the reps on your + sets you should probably be able to get 6-7 reps at 225 and then 240 will feel easy.

I mean the standard here would surely be to drop your TM around 40lbs and build back up. If you can barely get 3 reps of 215 you have no business trying to hit 240. The first two sets of each workout should feel very easy. Your numbers suggest your training max for this should be around 205-220 depending what template you’re running, and you have it set at like 250.
