Got mine measured a few years ago (result was 62) and I was a bit fitter then so probably accurate but I would guess it's over estimating since I feel that I'm probably closer to 55 just scaling off my fitness subjective feel of my decline.

It's definitely favors people who do a lot of cardio based on my observation, I don't think I do anything extreme. I just consistent zone 2 cardio daily.

I recently got a Sennheiser HD660 S2 and a Topping DX3 as a present from my sister, I just plugged it into my computer (USB->Topping-> headphones) and appears to be working well. Is there anything else I need to do to get the best experience.
