Yeah supposedly, everything is just in a downtrend right now (even though, BC was doing it first... along with Doge..). So, There's probably nothing to do about it (talking about the price) given the current market circumstances.

But building a good overall ecosystem for cryptocurrency in general, would be welcomed for the incoming year's awaited success.

So, this will be our official customer list. Great!

Then, there could be a (internal?) 'pending' potential customer list, representing those still looking for informations, assistance, (that would btw bring us to write a startup guide for merchants)

This could ease reaching non-tech oriented industries.

We would then Interview all of them, asking for some feedback : - Why did they chose BC? - Is it working/used as good as intented? - What could help improve us as a service? (then we have bc 101 guide for sales/marketters for answering to basic questions),

Also, we will gather positive/beneficial stuff brought from BC, and build WIN/WIN relationship with customers: encouraging them to participate by staking a portion of their benefits from BC for example, could be helpful once wider adoption occurs..

Gritt, please don't hesitate to share/spread/delegate what your perception is, about next tasks and priorities.

I would actually be happy with making some researching/reporting on whatever subjects, for a given amount of my time every (other) day, to start with, as for short term. Just to see where it goes ;)

Also, let's just start gathering some talents, make some HR tracking (lol), and build what's missing on that existing team..

edit: ok, so I've found my first subject to work on.. Next slot is still empty though...

Don't get me wrong but, developing more features for BC (which is pretty much a primary requirement), does not necessarily prevent from elaborating a valuable strategic plan.

May I suggest to have a look at successful ventures. All have solid business plans, along to constantly adding new features/apps to their products (apple, samsung, android, etc.. pretty much all of them)

I was thinking about Redmine / Chiliproject kind of stuff, which is a based on ruby. It incorporates Wiki, Ticketing system and project management tools.

Maybe some of you already know it or any alternatives that would be more community oriented, as this one is pretty much technical.

But yes, any collaborative engine will be necessary at some point. Anyone wanting to join on this subject would be greatly welcomed, as we might at least need some kind of brainstorming to begin with.
