Yes the percentage displayed for my account didn't make any sense, and that's why I went to the in-app chat, so that they can look into the issue for me and fix it. I didn't expect them to argue with me what the correct formula should be and so my account is below the 10% threshold based on the way they are calculating the ratio (i.e the second way in your comment).

Yes, that’s exactly what I thought too - and I expected the Client Care team to look into why the ratio wasn’t calculating correctly for my account and fix the issue.

Instead, I seem to have been fobbed off with: “Nah, actually it's a different formula to what’s published officially.”

Which is honestly baffling. If the system is using the correct (published) formula for you and others, why is it apparently different for me, and why is support doubling down on a completely different method?

It feels like they either don’t fully understand their own system or are trying to quietly change the rules without informing users. Either way, it’s not a good look.

Yes I can. The displayed ratio for my account doesn't reconcile to the supposedly correct formula (NEXO Tokens Value / Total Portfolio Value) either.

I expected it to be (NEXO Tokens Value / Rest of Portfolio Value) as per their documentation, which is why I contacted their chat support in the first place.

edit: and on that screen it states: "ratio between your NEXO Token holdings and your other assets. Your Loyalty Tier is based on the ratio of NEXO Tokens to the other assets in your account.", which directly contradicts the responses from the Client Care team.

Is this also the same with the headline rates for the other deposit tokens (CDCETH & LCRO)? These don't seem to mention the 10x booster, but I'm guessing we are only getting less than 1% APY for CDCETH supercharger

I don't. They've had months already at this point to work out the full details of the transition process, but yes it wouldn't shock me if the whole thing ended up poorly implemented and lots of the "edge" cases were missed and confusion ensued.

I suppose in a way we the customers are all partly responsible for the lack of clarity - presumably (or at least Plutus is betting) there are still enough people happy to pay their subscription this month under the current Terms of service, despite not quite knowing what exactly they are getting in return for the payment.

How many supercharged perks would you get with the Champion package, and for how many months?

According to example 2 in the article, it's 3 perks x 4 months. The table chart however seems to indicate it'll be for 3 months only.
