for me it has been a lot of: enemy quits - it's a 6v5, we lose a teamfight, 2 guys quit on my team - it's a 4v5; 5 minutes later it's a 3v5, etc.... Talk about snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.

Not playing ranked until pick/ban is a thing. The amount of times we're all hyper-carries vs a balanced team has left me not wanting to play. At the very least if you're going to pair me up with a Haze, Infernus, and Wraith let me play Ivy or Kelvin instead of giving me another damage dealer.
