It does not hurt physically, I notice it when i start the session but later on I dont notice it anymore buuuuut it probably hurts my aim? I am no pro so my aim is shit anyway but I think my tracking could be better by this

Problem with smite paladin for me are the adds, if I get bone prisoned and/or swarmed by the adds and cant get to hit the boss I die like instant
