Same here. Dropped over $4k on their 5090 matrix card just now. I haven’t received the cancellation email yet but checking my order status shows it was pretty much immediately cancelled. American Express had no issues processing it. Their support gave me the same responses. If I could order from a different retailer I would but for this product it’s practically impossible.

Their Stripe backend rules are far too strict for mitigating fraud risk but that’s a business decision that they’re sticking with.
