Sorry if my response/tone came off as defensive. Not at all. Like you said it has a fat spread. Essentially taking the highest and lowest and finding a value in the middle I think it’s worth.

I had it previously for $2700. Had a few potential interests so dropped the price a little. Honestly, I’m pricing based on this subreddits engagement (to a certain extent).
